Mission Wealth, a Barron’s Top 100 RIA firm, seeks a Tax Manager to join our award-winning team in Scottsdale. You will work with our tax and advisory teams to implement tax strategies aligned with client goals and values, serving high-net-worth clients.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of tax accounting experience and a CPA, with a proven track record in preparing income, trust, and gift tax returns. You will mentor associates and contribute to growing our national practice.

Competenze

CPA is required; extensive tax accounting experience.
8+ years of proven tax accounting experience; prior tax return preparation required.
Experience providing client-centric tax consulting to high-net-worth clients.
Strong research capabilities for complex tax matters and regulations.
Mastery of various tax compliance software products.
Excellent interpersonal, relationship management, and communication skills.
Strong time management in a high-energy culture; ability to prioritize.
Experience mentoring staff and interns in tax teams.
Advanced understanding of trust taxation.
Excellent attention to detail.

Mansioni

Review and prepare income, trust, and gift tax returns.
Develop and implement tax strategies aligned with client goals and values.
Collaborate with Wealth Managers on tax/wealth planning for clients.
Manage client relationships and ensure deadlines and client inquiries are addressed.
Present strategic tax planning solutions to high-net-worth clients.
Mentor and train tax associates and staff.
