You'll mentor junior staff and stay current with tax laws, driving value through proactive planning, strategic wealth transfer, and real estate tax optimization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of tax management experience for high net worth individuals.
• CPA certification is required.
• Strong knowledge of 1040, K-1s, S Corp, wealth transfer, and real estate tax.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the preparation and review of complex tax returns for high net worth individuals, including 1040, K-1s, and S Corp.
• Develop and implement strategic tax planning solutions for clients to optimize wealth management.
• Manage client portfolios and ensure timely filing of tax returns.
• Provide expert advice on wealth transfer strategies, investment income, and real estate tax.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and act as advisor on tax matters.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with federal and state tax laws.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulations to enhance client service.
• Mentor junior team members and promote a culture of learning.
