Mission Wealth is seeking a Tax Manager to join our growth-minded team in one of our offices in Santa Barbara, Scottsdale, or Houston. You will review and prepare income, trust, and gift tax returns and collaborate with Wealth Managers to implement tax strategies aligned with client goals and values.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of tax accounting experience, a CPA, and a client-centric approach for high-net-worth clients; mentoring tax associates and leading tax projects is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of proven tax accounting experience.
• CPA certification required.
• Experience providing client-centric tax consulting to high-net-worth clients.
• Strong research capabilities on tax matters and regulatory updates.
• Mastery of tax compliance software products.

Responsibilities

• Review and prepare income, trust, and gift tax returns.
• Work with clients and advisory teams to implement tax strategies.
• Manage client relationships and ensure deadlines are met.
• Mentor and train tax associates.
• Present strategic tax planning solutions to high-net-worth clients.
