Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in tax, accounting or advisory services for middle market clients.
• 4-year degree required; CPA or JD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted member of the team providing tax, accounting and advisory services to middle market clients.
• Conduct primary and secondary review of complex tax returns.
• Review accounting records with clients and provide analysis and consultation.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure service delivery meets expectations.
• Manage engagement staffing, billings/collections, and profitability targets.
• Delegate, set goals, and oversee deadlines.
