Distinct | North America is a South Florida CPA firm seeking a Tax Manager to lead high‑level tax work and client relationships. The role emphasizes real estate, M&A and international tax planning while preparing for a potential Partnership.

You'll gradually take over the retiring partner's portfolio, with the possibility to become a partner in 3–4 years. Flexible hours and long‑term remote work options are discussed, with an initial in‑office focus to build client trust.

Qualifications

• Strong technical tax experience across complex Individual, S Corporation and Partnership returns.
• Expertise in Real Estate, M&A transactions and purchase price allocations.
• Experience with international tax matters and tax planning.

Responsabilités

• Inherit a portfolio of clients and help grow the practice.
• Aim for Partnership within 3–4 years while maintaining client service.
• Balance billable work with business development and mentorship.
