Distinct | North America in Pompano Beach is seeking a Senior Tax Accountant to join a smaller CPA firm where colleagues know you by name and Partners have time for you. You will handle a broad client base, with exposure to business owners and high-net-worth individuals, preparing tax returns and managing your own workload.

The role offers competitive compensation, health insurance, a 401(k) with employer match, profit sharing and flexible working hours.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent Public Accounting tax experience.
• Strong experience preparing 1040, 1041, 1065, 1120 and 1120S returns.
• Exposure to business owners, HNW individuals and a varied client base.
• Comfortable communicating with clients and managing your own workload.
• CPA or EA preferred, or someone working towards either qualification.

Responsabilités

• Work with Partners on a broad range of tax engagements and develop your technical skills.
• Manage your workload while maintaining high client service and communication.
• Grow with the firm toward senior roles such as Tax Manager as the business expands.
