Qualifications

• Five to seven years' experience in public accounting and tax work.
• Experience supervising and directing tax preparers.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required; master's in taxation preferred.
• Current and valid CPA license required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review tax returns accurately and timely for diverse clients.
• Perform technical tax reviews and handle governmental examinations.
• Oversee larger returns and delegate to staff as needed.
• Advise clients and participate in tax planning meetings.
• Ensure proper billing and client service within budget.
