Qualifications

• Ability to coordinate staff and manage client expectations, plan assignments, resolve issues, and develop staff.
• Experience budgeting engagements and managing projects and teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Prepare or review federal, state, local, and special tax returns; advise management and communicate with partners, staff, clients, and authorities.
• Prepare or review financial statements, reports, and records; analyze information and trends.
• Maintain professional standards and knowledge through workshops and seminars; stay current on tax legislation.
• Promote firm growth by building client relationships and contributing to engagements.
• Develop and coach staff; manage assigned book of business within budgeted revenue/realization.
