Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting; preference for at least 150 credit hours and CPA Exam eligibility.
• Demonstrated technology skills contributing to completing assignments.
• Clear communication skills, both verbal and written, with clients and staff.
• Ability to take ownership of work and complete tasks.
• Ability to work under time constraints.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Complete basic accounting procedures such as bank reconciliations, accruals, and analyses.
• Prepare simple tax returns within time constraints.
• Work independently and in teams on tax and audit engagements.
• Follow audit work paper techniques and assist in preparing final reports.
• Record routine journal entries and prepare simple financial statements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
