Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required.
• Active CPA license required.
• 4–6+ years of public accounting tax experience.
• Experience serving high-net-worth individuals and privately held businesses preferred.
• Strong technical tax knowledge across individual, corporate, partnership, and fiduciary taxation.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex tax planning and compliance engagements for individuals, partnerships, corporations, trusts, and closely held businesses.
• Review tax returns and related work prepared by staff and senior professionals.
• Develop proactive strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize client outcomes.
• Research and interpret emerging tax legislation and communicate planning opportunities.
• Assist clients with succession planning, wealth preservation, and long-term business strategies.
• Mentor, train, and develop senior staff, staff accountants, and interns.
• Participate in networking and business development activities.

The Opportunity

As a Tax Manager, you'll serve as both a technical expert and strategic advisor while helping lead client engagements and develop the firm's next generation of professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Tax Planning & Advisory

Leadership & Team Development

• Mentor, train, and develop senior staff, staff accountants, and interns

Practice Growth

• Participate in networking and business development activities
• Represent the firm within the business and professional community

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required
• Active CPA license required
• 4–6+ years of public accounting tax experience
• Experience serving high-net-worth individuals and privately held businesses preferred
• Strong technical tax knowledge including individual, corporate, partnership, and fiduciary taxation
• Experience reviewing returns and managing client engagements
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
