W3Global seeks a Tax Manager for a well-established Charlotte CPA practice serving closely held businesses, family owners, and private wealth clients. You will work directly with the Managing Partner and own a meaningful workload with clear path to partnership.

Responsibilities include ownership of federal and multi-state compliance for partnerships, S-corps, C-corps, and individuals; proactive year-round tax planning; and mentoring junior staff.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of specialized tax experience, public accounting firm preferred.
• Experience as Tax Manager, Senior or Supervisor.

Aufgaben

• Own federal and multi-state tax compliance for Partnerships (1065), S-Corporations (1120-S), C-Corporations (1120), and Individuals (1040).
• Provide year-round tax planning and advisory engagements to business owners and high-net-worth clients.
• Deliver technical reviews, guidance, and daily mentorship to junior tax staff.
