Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting; CPA or EA or law license required.
• 5+ years of federal/state tax compliance, accounting and advisory services in a professional services firm.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience, mentoring and counseling staff.
• Demonstrated management, analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lead teams and deliver exceptional client service while maintaining ethics and urgency.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax, accounting and advisory services to small business clients.
• Oversee accounting, bookkeeping and preparation/ compilation of financial statements.
• Review records with clients, provide analysis and discuss accounting matters.
• Deliver high-quality client service, focusing on responsiveness and accuracy.
• Lead client engagements and improve processes for efficiency and internal controls.
