The Tax Manager is a key member of the Tax team responsible for income tax provision and financial statement disclosures, U.S. and international tax compliance, transfer pricing, global tax planning, SOX controls, and indirect tax compliance. The role maintains and improves processes, performs monthly account reconciliations, monitors U.S. and international tax law changes, and researches complex issues to ensure ongoing compliance. The estimated base salary range for this role, based in the United States of America is $130,000 - $172,500. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to an individual's qualifications, location, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, employees are eligible to participate in one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
