Job Details

• Serve as the primary tax advisor and relationship manager for clients.


• Provide proactive tax planning and consulting services for:


• High Net Worth Individuals


• Trusts & Estates


• S Corporations


• Partnerships and Pass-Through Entities


• Identify tax-saving strategies and planning opportunities.


• Review complex federal, state, and local tax returns.


• Oversee preparation and review of:


• Form 1040


• Form 1041


• Form 1065


• Form 1120-S


• Form 709


• Investment partnerships and related entities


• Advise clients on:


• Multi-state taxation


• Retirement planning strategies


• Buy-in/Buy-out transactions


• Partner compensation arrangements


• K-1 allocation matters


• Entity structuring and conversions


• Conduct tax research and prepare technical memoranda.


• Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.


• Oversee engagement budgets, billing, and project timelines.


• Coordinate with attorneys, wealth advisors, consultants, and external professionals.


• Coach, mentor, and develop tax staff and senior associates.


• Review workpapers, tax returns, and planning deliverables.


• Contribute to business development activities and firm growth initiatives.
