You will review federal, state, and local returns, provide proactive tax planning for trusts, S corporations, partnerships, and multi-state taxation, and help grow the practice while managing multiple client engagements and budgets.

Serve as the primary tax advisor and relationship manager for clients.
Provide proactive tax planning and consulting services for:
Identify tax-saving strategies and planning opportunities.
Review complex federal, state, and local tax returns.
Oversee preparation and review of:
Advise clients on:
Conduct tax research and prepare technical memoranda.
Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
Oversee engagement budgets, billing, and project timelines.
Coordinate with attorneys, wealth advisors, consultants, and external professionals.
Coach, mentor, and develop tax staff and senior associates.
Review workpapers, tax returns, and planning deliverables.
Contribute to business development activities and firm growth initiatives.
