  • 5–7 years in public accounting focused on federal returns for individuals, fiduciaries, and small business (C-Corp, S-Corp, Partnerships).
  • Management experience in a CPA or tax practice with mentoring/leading associates preferred.

  • Communicate clearly via client emails, memos, and planning documents.
  • Foster collaboration between tax and wealth teams for shared client understanding.

What You Need To Have

  • Management experience in a CPA or tax practice, with the demonstrated ability to grow and develop associates preferred

The base annual salary range for this role is $116,000 - $151,000 , plus, a competitive performance-based bonus.Base annual salary depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Base annual salary may also differ significantly due to geography and cost of labor considerations.
