Compensation

$120 – 145k + 15% bonus

Job Summary

We are seeking a Tax Manager to join their dedicated Tax team. You will work closely with wealth advisors to deliver high-quality tax compliance services to high-net-worth clients. This role emphasizes client service in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with excellent work/life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, review, and sign individual, trust, and business income tax returns for high-net-worth clients
  • Prepare quarterly tax estimates and projections
  • Communicate clearly and concisely with clients and advisors on all tax matters
  • Perform tax research and provide timely responses to tax questions and analysis
  • Stay current on tax law changes and communicate impacts to clients
  • Mentor and develop Senior Tax Associates, Tax Associates, and Tax Support staff
Requirements
  • 5+ years of public accounting experience (or equivalent)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
  • CPA and/or EA required
  • Master’s degree in Tax preferred
  • Strong knowledge of tax code and general accounting principles
  • Experience with CCH Axcess, Workflow, Practice, and SafeSend a plus
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
  • Detail-oriented with strong time-management and multi-tasking abilities
