Tangoe, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Tax Accountant to join the US-based tax team. This full-time role focuses on preparing tax returns, evaluating implications of corporate actions, and staying current with federal, state, and local tax laws.
You will oversee tax compliance, manage international subsidiaries, and coordinate audits while developing strategies to minimize tax liability. Strong leadership and ERP experience are essential.

The Tax Department supports Tangoe to ensure fiscal responsibility and be a trusted business advisor. This includes:
Prepares and files tax returns and reports in compliance with established deadlines. Responsible for determining tax implications of company actions and develops strategies for minimizing liability. Keeps abreast of changes in federal, state, and local tax legislation. Utilizes appropriate internal and external resources to monitor changes in applicable foreign tax legislation. *Very High-Level Big Picture. This would be the same across all jobs in this function*
