Manage and review complex tax returns for individuals, partnerships, S corporations, C corporations, trusts, estates, and privately held businesses.
Lead tax planning and compliance engagements for a diverse client base.
Serve as a key client contact and provide proactive tax advisory support.
Manage engagement workflow, budgets, deadlines, and client expectations.
Supervise and mentor Tax Seniors, Supervisors, and Associates.
Review workpapers, returns, and supporting documentation for technical accuracy.
Research federal and state tax issues and communicate recommendations clearly.
Identify planning opportunities for businesses, owners, and high-net-worth individuals.
Collaborate with partners on complex engagements, client service, and firm growth initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
5+ years of public accounting tax experience.
Experience managing engagements and reviewing complex tax returns.
CPA or EA strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of tax compliance and planning for individuals and businesses.
Excellent communication, leadership, and client service skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and team members.
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Comfortable working in a hybrid environment.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to high-quality client service.
Master’s in Tax preferred.
CPA preferred.
Experience with UltraTax, CCH, RIA Checkpoint, QuickBooks, MS Excel, Word, and practice management software preferred.
