🚀 Functional Tax Manager – Fully Remote (Global B2B SaaS)

What You’ll Do:

• Lead all aspects of corporate, payroll, and international tax compliance.
• Maintain strong relationships with external CPA firms and partner with finance, HR, and other teams to streamline processes.
• Manage cross-border transactions, VAT/GST, and Nexus/Sales & Use Tax compliance.
• Oversee cash management, banking relationships, and strategic treasury initiatives.

What You Bring:

• 3–5 years of tax experience (CPA or pursuing CPA preferred).
• Public accounting background with corporate tax experience
• Knowledge of direct (income filing) and exposure to indirect tax (sales tax) including foreign entities.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
