Job summary

Cornerstone Search Partners, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Tax Accounting to lead the Global Tax Accounting function and partner with Finance leadership on strategic tax initiatives.

This role focuses on governance, process improvement, and driving a more proactive tax operating model across the organization. The ideal candidate has strong ASC 740 and tax provision experience, leadership capabilities, and a track record of working with large, public companies.

HIRING: Senior Manager, Tax Accounting | Strategic Leadership Opportunity

Are you a tax accounting leader who enjoys going beyond the numbers to drive change, improve processes, and influence business decisions?

This is an opportunity to become the day-to-day leader of a Global Tax Accounting function, with visibility across Finance leadership and the opportunity to help shape the future of the function.

This is much more than a quarter-end reporting role! The team is modernizing processes, driving efficiencies, and partnering with external Big 4 to evolve toward a more risk-focused operating model.
