Ross Talent Group, LLC is seeking a Tax Manager to join its fully remote public accounting team. You will manage a diverse client portfolio, provide strategic tax guidance, and build lasting relationships with individuals and business owners across multiple industries.

You will oversee engagements from planning through delivery, mentor staff, and identify tax planning opportunities while delivering high-quality client service in a flexible, remote environment.

Formación

• Public accounting tax experience across multiple years.
• Experience preparing and reviewing individual, partnership, and S-corporation tax returns.
• Strong knowledge of federal and multi-state taxation and compliance.
• Excellent technical, communication, and client-management abilities.

Qualifications

• Several years of public accounting tax experience

• Excellent technical, communication, and client-management skills
• CPA license or progress toward certification preferred
