Jobot is seeking a Tax Attorney to lead tax workstreams on sophisticated corporate transactions in the United States. You will handle deal structuring, due diligence, and post-transaction planning while collaborating with corporate and transactional attorneys.

Salary: $185,000 - $215,000 per year
