Job summary

PwC in Los Angeles seeks a Tax LLM Associate to navigate global tax regulations and support client engagements in tax compliance and consulting. You will analyze complex tax concepts, prepare tax provisions, and contribute to corporate tax planning and post-deal integration tasks.

Applicants should be pursuing or have completed an Master of Laws with a 3.0+ GPA and aim to undertake and pass the Bar exam. An annual discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits are available.

Qualifications

• GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Navigate global tax regulations to optimize strategies and minimize risks.
• Support client engagements with tax compliance and consulting tasks.
• Assist in preparing consolidated tax returns and income tax provisions.
• Participate in corporate tax planning and transactions to drive compliance.
• Collaborate on post-deal integration and tax/finance integration tasks.
• Engage in tax modeling and analysis of purchase/sale agreements.
• Use critical thinking to interpret data and inform insights.
• Work as a team to achieve common goals.
• Communicate complex tax concepts to diverse audiences.
