HM&M, a Springline company, is seeking a Tax Manager to drive strategic tax planning for business clients and owners. You will analyze returns for closely held entities, conduct research, and prepare information for auditors while mentoring team members.

You will collaborate with senior leaders to deliver compliant, innovative tax solutions and expand client relationships in a hybrid work environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting is required.
• CPA license required.
• 8+ years of public accounting experience with tax focus.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong tax methodologies and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic tax planning and projections for business clients and owners.
• Analyze and review all types of tax returns for closely held businesses.
• Conduct tax research to shape strategies and decisions.
• Prepare information for federal/state tax auditors.
• Present emerging tax issues and industry information to clients.
