Cerity Partners is seeking a motivated undergraduate intern to join the Cleveland tax team from January 2027 through April 2027. This paid internship requires 20-30 hours per week with a flexible schedule and a collaborative, autonomy-friendly environment to manage projects.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program with a minimum 3.2 GPA.
• Majoring in Finance, Accounting, or related business degree with strong interest in tax.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Active campus involvement, preferably in a leadership role, or relevant work experience.
• Demonstrates alignment with Cerity Partners mission and values.
• Dependable with timely follow-through.
• Tech savvy and quick learner of new software.
• Organized with data compilation and presentable deliverables.
• Accurate with close attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of federal, state, and local returns for individuals and businesses.
• Create workpapers that clearly explain how projects were prepared.
• Research and analyze a wide range of tax issues.
