Job summary

Eide Bailly is seeking full-time Tax Interns for our Sioux Falls, SD office for Spring 2027. This in-person internship offers hands-on tax experience with a dedicated team, and the opportunity to work on diverse client projects.

You will assist with gathering tax information, help ensure returns are prepared on time, and observe tax planning processes. The role supports networking across the Firm and requires working toward a Bachelor's in Accounting and pursuing CPA licensure.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and on track to sit for CPA.
• Authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering relevant tax-related information from clients to prepare accurate tax returns.
• Work with the tax team to ensure individual and business returns are completed correctly and by deadlines.
• Assist in preparing high-level returns for multi-million-dollar manufacturing clients or high-net-worth individuals.
• Consider tax situations from various angles to maximize tax benefits.
• Network and build relationships across the Firm.
