• Proficient with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; comfortable with data handling.

Responsibilities

• Assist with tax compliance tasks and organize client files for reviewers.
• Work with tax software to prepare simple returns for review.
• Collect data to meet filing requirements and manage due dates.
• Support responses to IRS notices and assist with year-end filings.
• Research tax developments and communicate updates to the team.
