• Professionally manage a high volume of incoming calls through designated phone queues.
• Provide clear and accurate guidance to taxpayers regarding refunds, payment plans, tax notices, and Department policies.
• Explain personal income tax and sales/use tax concepts after training; interpret department systems confidently.
• Participate in a comprehensive training program with potential shift toward remote work after completion.
