Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0-1+ years of accounting support experience preferred.
• Strong Excel capability and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform recurring account reconciliations across cash, GL, fixed assets, and tax, investigating variances.
• Assist with journal entries, transaction processing, ledger classification, and supporting schedules.
• Maintain fixed assets records and capitalization processes for assigned area.
• Support tax and compliance activities, including tax filings, payments, and related reconciliations.
• Generate reports from ERP and ExcelPivot analyses to support accounting and tax processes.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
• Prepare audit-ready records during month-end and for internal/regulatory reviews.
