Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of general office work or an equivalent combination of experience and training.

Responsibilities

• Review suspended employer and sales tax returns and make corrections.
• Verify business and account details using image documents and other reference sources.
• Research missing or unclear information and contact taxpayers or businesses to update records.
• Process suspended returns, prepare quarterly returns, and issue assessments when needed.
• Transfer returns to correct accounts and refer new or updated accounts to the Registration Division.
• Use PATH, myPATH, Telefile, Bridges, Right Now Email, and Genesys systems effectively.
