Work alongside experienced attorneys on complex matters involving wealth transfer, closely held businesses, and multi-generational planning while helping clients preserve the legacies they have spent a lifetime building. ABOUT THIS POSITION

The successful candidate should have an outgoing personality, enjoy collaborating with coworkers and clients as a team player. Familiarity in tax and estate planning law are a plus but not required along with strong skills in legal drafting are essential for success in this role. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are necessary for effective client interaction and representation. Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Ohio. This job is a full-time, in office position in Dayton, Ohio with some work from home flexibility as needed. Coolidge Wall has a large secretarial and paralegal support staff to assist in making our attorneys highly productive.
