Coolidge Wall Co., L.P.A. is seeking a lateral or associate attorney with 2+ years in municipal law to grow their practice within an established team. The ideal candidate will have an existing client base and the ability to add 50 percent capacity, with relocation support offered as part of a competitive package.

This in-office Dayton, Ohio role allows some work-from-home flexibility as needed, and requires strong drafting, negotiation, and client interaction skills. Ohio licensure is required.

JOB OVERVIEW

Coolidge Wall Co., L.P.A. is currently recruiting a Lateral Attorney or an Associate Attorney with 2+ years’ experience in municipal law who is looking to grow their practice and join an established team of respected attorneys. The ideal lateral candidate should have an established client base with the ability to add 50 percent capacity. Coolidge offers competitive compensation packages including relocation.

ABOUT THIS POSITION

The successful candidate should have an outgoing personality, enjoy collaborating with coworkers and clients as a team player, and willingness to take on responsibilities as appropriate. Prior experience and familiarity in legal research with municipal law and issues along with strong skills in legal drafting and negotiation. Excellent communication skills are necessary for effective client interaction and representation. Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Ohio. This job is a full-time, in office position in Dayton, Ohio with some work-from-home flexibility as needed. Coolidge Wall has a large secretarial and paralegal support staff to assist in making our attorneys highly productive.
