Job summary

BDO USA, a leading professional services firm, seeks an Associate for BDO Capital Advisors to support tax equity, tax credit transfers, and related project-finance transactions across renewables, infrastructure, housing, and historic preservation. You will perform financial and business due diligence, review data room materials, summarize findings, and help prepare client deliverables.

You will coordinate with internal teams and external advisors to advance deals toward diligence and closing,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics required.
MBA preferred but not required, for advanced depth in finance.
Three or more years in tax equity, tax credit transfer, or project finance.

Responsibilities

Support execution and origination of tax equity and tax credit transfer engagements.
Perform financial, tax, and business due diligence support and data-room review.
Analyze client financial data to identify trends, liabilities, and risks.
Draft diligence reports and client-ready materials with key findings.
Coordinate with external professionals to support deal milestones.
Assist with market research, pipeline tracking, and proposals.
