Job summary

BDO USA is seeking an Associate, BDO Capital Advisors to support tax equity, tax credit transfers, and project finance transactions across renewables and infrastructure. You will perform due diligence, review data rooms, summarize findings, and assist with client deliverables while coordinating with internal teams and external advisors.

Responsibilities include market research, pipeline tracking, proposal support, and contributing to business development efforts.

Responsibilities

• Supports the execution and origination of tax credit transfer, tax equity, and related project finance engagements.
• Performs financial, tax, and business due diligence support including data room review and issue identification.
• Analyzes client financial data to identify trends, working capital considerations, liabilities, and risks.
• Builds and refines transaction analyses and supporting schedules with key assumptions.
