Job summary

KPMG LLP is seeking an Associate to join our Tax practice in Boston. The role focuses on supporting PMDs, coordinating engagement setup, and managing billing and collections with precision.

You will analyze engagement data, oversee billing reconciliation, and collaborate with offshore and onshore teams to optimize engagement performance and revenue while delivering exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of recent work experience.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in accounting, finance, or business administration.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication across all levels.
• Strong data analysis and time-management skills for multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic support for PMDs as a trusted business advisor and single point of contact.
• Analyze engagement data, billing, and hours to optimize engagement outcomes.
• Own billing and reconciliation, including rates, hours, and invoicing.
• Coordinate engagement setup and pricing workbooks to align with client terms.
• Maintain relationships with internal teams and clients to ensure engagement success.
• Coordinate executive assistants for PMDs, calendars, travel, and expenses.
• Uphold integrity, professionalism, and a respectful work environment.
