Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with tax disbursement processing for mortgage lenders.
• Strong data accuracy and QA skills with Excel.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and meet service level timelines.

Responsibilities

• Ensures tax bills and agency reports balance to the checks for tax payments.
• Mails mass volumes within a short time frame.
• Meets mortgage lender reporting dates to ensure escrow disbursement is completed.
• Communicates incomplete data to operational teams when needed.
• Monitors and reports status of work and suggests efficiency improvements.
• Monitors checks in-house via spreadsheets.
• Monitors mailed checks status using LERETA Check Browse.
• Assists with training of Temporary Staff.
