Qualifications

• Must type 45+ wpm.
• Must use 10-key by touch; 7k or above with 98% accuracy.
• Must be a team player and have the ability to work in a team environment.
• Possess effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Prepare outgoing Bill Requests and registrations to taxing authorities.
• Open incoming mail from taxing authorities and route to appropriate process.
• Authenticate all tax bills received and confirm correct taxing authority mailing address, phone number, contact information and due dates.
• Utilize 10-Key tax amounts into LERETA's TCSL System.
• Image and index customer documents for uploading to WebXtender.
• Outsource Mail distribution according to Lender approved Mail matrix.
• Cash Management - identify incoming electronic funds and lender checks; enter into Payment DB.
• Balance funds for mass payments to taxing authorities and ensure timely remittance.
• Analyze prioritization of work using Excel spreadsheets.
• File and pull tax bills for payment processing and prepare packages.
• Evaluate funds position against SLA's to determine processing path.
• Use DCP reports to monitor funds payable to LERETA.
• Initiate and prepare timely Electronic Funds Transfers to taxing authorities.
• Upload payment file details to Taxing Authorities Vendor Websites and ensure policy compliance.
• Communicate with mortgage lenders and taxing authorities.
• Provide timely verbal and written responses to inquiries.
• Prepare production/statistical reports as applicable.
• Assist with training of fellow team members
