EisnerAmper is seeking a Tax Director to join our Private Client Services (PCS) practice, able to sit in a number of our offices. We are seeking someone who thrives in a growing environment and providing clients with exceptional services.

The ideal candidate has a CPA and 10+ years of experience in tax compliance, with expertise in entity and individual taxation. Master’s degree in tax is preferred. EisnerAmper offers a collaborative culture and growth opportunities in Iselin location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent field.
• Public accounting experience.
• CPA.
• 10+ years work experience in tax compliance, specialization in entity and individual taxation.

Responsibilities

• Review of tax projections, tax workpapers and tax returns (Federal and State Individual and Fiduciary).
• Oversee and manage the tax return process including identification and resolution of tax issues.
• Experience with corporation and partnership accounting and tax concepts.
• Mentor, train and manage staff accountants to meet deadlines.
• Effectively manage multiple tax engagements in a team environment, and also work independently. Identify potential opportunities for new and/or expanded client services.
• Ability to lead and manage engagements, including budgeting, billing and engagement economics.
• Highly proactive approach to serving clients.
