Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking a Tax Director to join the Private Client Services (PCS) practice, with the flexibility to sit in multiple offices. The role emphasizes leadership of tax engagements, mentorship of staff, and proactive client service across federal, state, and fiduciary tax.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent field required.
• Public accounting experience, CPA credential required.
• 10+ years of work experience in tax compliance, entity and individual taxation.
• Master's degree in tax or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review tax projections, workpapers, and returns including federal and state returns.
• Oversee and manage the tax return process, identifying and resolving issues.
• Experience with corporation and partnership tax concepts.
• Mentor and manage staff accountants to meet deadlines.
• Lead multiple engagements, budget and bill, and identify opportunities for new services.
• Proactive client service and engagement leadership.
