The ideal candidate holds a CPA with 10+ years in tax, specializing in individual, fiduciary, estate and gift taxation, and demonstrates strong leadership, budgeting, and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• CPA certification and 10+ years of tax experience in individuals, fiduciary, estate and gift taxation.
• Experience leading PCS or private client tax engagements preferred.
• Public accounting background with strong leadership and client service orientation.

Responsabilités

• Review tax projections, tax workpapers and tax returns for Federal and State individuals and fiduciary entities.
• Oversee and manage the tax return process including issue resolution.
• Apply corporate and partnership tax concepts across engagements.
• Mentor, train and manage staff accountants to meet deadlines and priorities.
• Manage multiple tax engagements in a team environment while working independently.
• Identify opportunities for new or expanded client services.
• Lead engagements including budgeting, billing and engagement economics.
• Maintain a highly proactive approach to serving clients.
