The ideal candidate has 5+ years of tax-focused experience, an active CPA license, and strong knowledge of federal and state taxation. Staff supervision experience is a plus, and candidates with 10+ years are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Active CPA license required.
• 5+ years tax-focused experience, preferably in public accounting.
• Strong knowledge of individual and business taxation, compliance, and planning.
• Experience reviewing complex tax returns and mentoring staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead tax compliance, preparation, and strategic planning for individuals and business clients.
• Review federal and state tax returns for accuracy and compliance.
• Develop proactive tax strategies to minimize liabilities.
• Guide and mentor tax professionals and oversee workflow and engagement quality.
• Build trusted client relationships and provide expert guidance on complex tax matters.
• Collaborate with accounting professionals to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.
• Identify process improvements to enhance client service.
