Syntax Talent Solutions, LLC is seeking a seasoned Tax Director to lead complex compliance and consulting engagements for high-net-worth individuals, S-corporations, and partnerships in Illinois. You will provide strategic tax guidance, review technical returns, and mentor a growing tax team.

You will collaborate with clients and colleagues to deliver coordinated tax solutions, stay current with evolving tax laws, and drive quality controls across all client work.

Competenze

• 10+ years in tax compliance/consulting in public accounting or equivalent.
• Experience serving high-net-worth individuals and pass-through entities.
• Experience leading complex engagements and reviewing returns.

Mansioni

• Lead and manage tax compliance engagements for high-net-worth clients.
• Review and sign off on complex returns with technical accuracy.
• Provide proactive tax planning and guidance to optimize after-tax results.
• Mentor staff and managers, overseeing project workflows.
