DB Tax & Accounting, LLC in Chicago is seeking a Tax Director responsible for overseeing tax compliance and planning services for ultra-high-net-worth clients. You'll lead a team, manage complex tax engagements, and provide strategic advisory services.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, be a CPA, and possess over 8 years of experience. Benefits include hybrid work flexibility, unlimited PTO, and competitive pay.

The salary range for this position is $175,000 – $200,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of tax experience, including leadership experience.
• Proven experience working with ultra-high-net-worth clients.
• Deep expertise in federal, state, and international tax.

• Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals.
