BPM invites you to join as a Tax Director within our Estate & Trust practice. You will serve as a trusted advisor to individuals, families, fiduciaries, and other stakeholders, navigating complex estate, gift, and trust tax matters with technical depth and practical insight.

You will lead with a hands-on approach, mentor developing professionals, and collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality service while strengthening BPM’s Estate & Trust capabilities.

As a Tax Director within our Estate & Trust practice, you will make an impact by serving as a trusted advisor to individuals, families, fiduciaries, and other stakeholders navigating complex estate, trust, and gift tax matters. You will bring deep technical expertise and a hands-on approach to tax compliance, helping clients manage sensitive and often complex tax matters with confidence. Through strong client relationships, technical leadership, and mentorship of developing professionals, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality service while strengthening the capabilities of the Estate & Trust practice.

Note: Candidates residing within commuting distance of a BPM office will be expected to follow a hybrid work schedule.
