Qualifications

• Ability to manage sensitive matters discreetly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day contact for clients and manage engagements efficiently.
• Perform technical tax review and approval of most tax returns.
• Build long-term relationships with clients to provide tailored services.
• Supervise staff and train new tax preparers.

Skills

10+ years experience in tax preparation and review

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting

CPA or EA certification

Advanced degree (MST or JD with Tax Emphasis)
