Andersen is seeking a Tax Director in Chicago, Illinois to oversee complex income tax returns and manage client relationships. In this role, you will lead a team, communicate actively with clients, and engage in business development activities while providing expert tax planning and consulting.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience, relevant degrees, strong technical knowledge, and excellent leadership skills. Compensation range is $166,000 to $280,000 based on qualifications.

• Demonstrated project management experience with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient use of technology.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complex income tax returns and manage client relationships.
