You will also directly supervise one or more Client Managers and play a key role in their professional development.
We are looking for someone who is sharp, proactive, client-focused, and ready to lead. If you wait to be told what to do each morning, this is probably not the role for you. If you thrive on owning your work, building relationships, and delivering real value to the businesses you serve -- read on.

Technical skills are table stakes. What sets our CFOs apart is a combination of professional ownership, genuine curiosity about our clients' businesses, and the kind of proactive judgment that doesn't require hand-holding. Here's what that looks like in practice:
You look at a set of financials and immediately start asking questions -- not just checking boxes
You treat your clients like partners, not accounts
You communicate clearly and confidently with business owners who don't speak accounting
You take pride in being organized, meeting deadlines, and not letting things fall through the cracks
You are the kind of person your team comes to when they're stuck -- and you're glad they do
