Venteon Finance seeks a Tax Director to lead the global corporate tax function from the Metro Detroit area. You will oversee income tax compliance, tax provision, planning, and process improvements, partnering with executive leadership and external advisors to optimize tax outcomes.

The ideal candidate has deep U.S. federal/state tax knowledge, international tax experience, and strong leadership and communication skills to drive strategy and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA and/or Master’s in Tax preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive corporate tax experience in public accounting and/or industry.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state income tax compliance, ASC 740, and financial reporting.
• Experience with international tax, tax planning, audits, and tax technology systems.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills with a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical tax guidance, support strategic tax planning, and assist with M&A activities.
• Coordinate audits, tax notices, and relationships with external advisors.
• Lead tax process improvements, technology initiatives, and compliance workflow management.
• Partner with Accounting, Finance, and executive leadership to ensure accurate reporting and effective tax strategies.
