Job summary

Venteon Finance is seeking an INTERNATIONAL TAX MANAGER for a diversified global client in Oakland County, Michigan. You will lead US and cross-border tax initiatives, research complex positions, and supervise filings using OneSource.

This senior role covers international income tax provision, forecasting, and coordination with outside tax and legal advisors. The ideal candidate has a BA in Accounting, 5+ years in international tax, CPA or MST preferred, and Big 4 experience in international

Qualifications

• 5+ years of international tax experience
• CPA or MST highly preferred
• Big 4 accounting firm experience in an International Tax practice preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage international tax planning initiatives with both US and cross-border implications
• Research tax implications of return filing positions and prepare file documentation
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of international tax filings using OneSource
• Manage quarterly and annual international income tax provision, forecasting, and budgeting for inbound and outbound operations
• Assist with the quarterly and annual U.S. tax provision process
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis of international & federal tax issues
• Prepare technical memos and maintain audit-ready documentation
• Lead and manage projects and relationships with outside Tax and Legal Advisors
• Other Duties as assigned
